Processing & Dispatch

• Dispatch Time: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery in 4–7 days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or logistical delays in remote areas might occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For prepaid orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated as follows:
  • Ahmedabad (Local): ₹40
  • Gujarat (Outside Ahmedabad): ₹60
  • Rest of India (Outstation): ₹80

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable PIN codes in India. To confirm a COD order, an additional ₹100 advance fee is required at checkout. (This fee covers your delivery charges). This fee is strictly refundable until your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the ₹100 fee becomes non-refundable. The full order amount will be collected in cash by the delivery executive when your package arrives.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email. You can use this link to monitor the exact status of your package in real-time.
